Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Fresno office with hybrid or remote flexibility. Compensation includes a lucrative bonus, 401(k) match and unlimited PTO. Salary ranges from $185,000 to $240,000 per year with comprehensive insurance benefits.

You will provide legal counsel, conduct research, draft documents, take and defend depositions, and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials while collaborating closely with senior attorneys and maintaining autonomy.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar in good standing.
• 5+ years civil litigation experience.
• Strong research and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice, conduct research, and negotiate on behalf of clients

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California, and in good standing
• 5+years of civil litigation experience (personal injury is a plus)
• Strong research skills and proficiency in negotiation
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
