Position Information

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our office in Fresno.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of civil litigation experience.

Remote candidates located and licensed in CA who have proven success working remotely will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice, conduct research, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Draft legal documents, take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Work closely with senior attorneys while being given appropriate autonomy in case handling.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the State Bar of California, and in good standing.
