Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities, with a dedicated NP/PA support to deliver high-quality care.

This full-time role in Portland, ME offers potential advancement to Medical Director/Attending leadership and a competitive compensation package of $250,000–$300,000 per year, plus benefits and a focus on work-life balance.

Formación

• Board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand/walk/work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
• Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care.
• Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing ongoing medical conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
• Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
