Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in our skilled nursing facilities in Vermont.

You will serve as the primary care provider and will work with a dedicated NP or PA to deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative setting. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive annual compensation of $250,000 to $300,000, plus benefits such as health, vision, 401K, malpractice insurance, and student loan repayment.

Formación

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Ability to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
• Willingness to work on-site in SNFs and manage clinical operations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs.
• Conduct patient rounds with NP/PA support.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans and prognosis with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
