Infinite Medical P.C. seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in skilled nursing facilities. You will be the primary care provider, supported full-time by a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, collaborating to deliver excellent patient care.

This role offers potential growth into Medical Director/Attending Physician leadership, expanding clinical and administrative responsibilities within the organization.

Formación

• Board-certified physician with experience in primary care and LTC.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor NPs and PAs.
• Must be able to lift at least 20 lb and stand/walk for 6–8 hours daily.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary medical care for residents in SNFs.
• Conduct rounds with NPs and PAs to assess and manage care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to deliver comprehensive care.
