Infinite Medical P.C. seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will serve as the PCP with a dedicated NP or PA to support you, ensuring high-quality patient care across multiple facilities.

You will lead rounds, diagnose and manage illnesses, and coordinate with nursing and therapy teams to deliver comprehensive care. The role emphasizes mentorship and regulatory compliance in a collaborative setting.

Formación

• Board-certified physician with LTC experience.
• Strong leadership capable of mentoring NPs and PAs.
• Ability to work across multi-level facilities and manage rounds.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs.
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs and PAs.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans and prognosis with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
