Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX, seeks a Shuttle Driver/Valet to welcome patients, guide them to clinics, and transport them safely using valet and shuttle services. You will operate vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and safety standards while coordinating with clinic staff.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent with two years of experience and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Completion of High School or equivalent, plus two years' experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record may be required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors by providing a positive first impression and responding to requests for directions or assistance.
• Escort patients and visitors to appropriate clinics and appointment locations.
• Provide mobility assistance to patients including safely transporting patients via wheelchair when needed.
• Operate valet parking services, including receiving, parking, and retrieving patient and visitor vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Drive and operate shuttle vehicle safely in accordance with applicable traffic laws, organizational policies, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and clinic personnel to coordinate transportation and wayfinding assistance.

Required Qualifications

Completion of High School or the equivalent and two years experience. May require a valid driver's license, with good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience valet parking and driving a courtesy shuttle.
• Experience providing customer service in a health care setting.
