Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Technical Consultant to evaluate, install, test, and support software solutions for ATM and cash recycler systems. You will work across customer environments, diagnosing issues and ensuring software implementations meet requirements.

Preferred candidates have experience in the ATM self-service domain, strong technical communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. The role may involve shift work and field installations; full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in ATM/kiosk self-service environments.
• Experience with Windows OS installation and support.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, IIS, remote access concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, install, configure, and troubleshoot software in customer environments.
• Lead QA and end-to-end testing for software under stewardship.
• Provide production support and issue resolution for software services.
