Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Technical Consultant to evaluate, install, test, and troubleshoot software for ATM and cash-recycler solutions. You will engage in customer-facing scenarios and internal projects, shaping the deployment and support lifecycles.

Roles require ability to handle shifting priorities, with some shift work. Professional experience in the ATM/self-service domain and knowledge of multiple messaging formats is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, information systems or other technical discipline.
• Experience in ATM/kiosk self-service industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, install, configure and troubleshoot software in customers' environments.
• Perform functional analysis of requirements to determine effort for implementation.
• Conduct unit tests, track problems, and implement changes to meet test plans.
• Diagnose and remediate system failures caused by software errors.
• Provide QA support in end-to-end testing and pilot phases.
• Prepare software distributions and ensure installability.
• Support field teams during lab installations, certifications, and training.
• Lead analysis and resolution of software issues found during acceptance testing.
• Provide production support and coordinate hot fixes with QA.
