Job summary

The Technical Consultant role focuses on evaluating, installing, unit testing, troubleshooting and supporting software solutions for ATMs and cash recyclers in diverse customer-facing environments.

As experience grows, specialists will rotate into areas like multi-vendor platforms, security, performance, and message formats.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, information systems or other technical discipline.
Technical project leadership experience organizing project resources.
Experience with Microsoft operating systems – Windows 10/7 – including hardware support, software installs, networking basics.
Experience creating and leading group presentations, hosting web seminars and public speaking.

Responsibilities

Analyze, Install, Configure, Troubleshoot; perform functional analysis to implement software in customer environments.
Configure base software in customer environments and conduct unit tests; track problems and implement changes.
Lead QA in end-to-end testing and resolve issues during testing; prepare software for distribution.
Support field installations, certifications and training; provide production support and hot fixes when needed.
