NCR Atleos is seeking a Professional Services Technical Consultant V to join our US-based virtual teams. The role focuses on evaluating and implementing NCR Atleos’ financial software for ATMs and cash recyclers, with emphasis on installation, troubleshooting, and production support in customer environments.

You will perform functional analysis, lead testing cycles, and coordinate with field teams during lab installations and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent accreditation in computer sciences or related technical discipline.
• Technical project leadership experience coordinating resources and schedules.
• Experience with Windows OS, networking basics, and client/server architectures.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, install, configure, troubleshoot software in customer environments.
• Lead QA and acceptance testing, provide pilot support.
• Support production issues and develop hot fixes as needed.
