ServiceRocket is seeking an experienced Atlassian Consultant to design and implement high-quality solutions across the Atlassian suite. You will lead customer discussions, translate requirements into actionable plans, and guide teams through implementation, adoption, and scaling of services.

The role emphasizes strong consulting, problem-solving, and communication skills, with agile and cloud knowledge. Hybrid/remote options apply, with a focus on enterprise client delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Atlassian Administrator, Jira Administrator, or similar.
• Experience implementing Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Strong consulting and influencing skills with customer engagement experience.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and cloud technologies.

About the Service Delivery area

The Service Delivery area is responsible for providing consulting services to clients, delivering complete project solutions that achieve measurable business improvement through the company\'s products and services. The team defines and executes the approach for outsourced solutions, systems integration, and proprietary tooling — acting as the bridge between client needs and technical execution.

At ServiceRocket, this means working within a named account, Centers of Excellence (COE) model, where cross-functional delivery teams guide enterprise clients through complex technology transformations — primarily across the Atlassian ecosystem — from initial scoping through to successful outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

• - Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions including architectural system design
• - Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements, and develop implementation plans based on the identified requirements
• - Provide experienced guidance, feedback, and recommendations to customers based on established best practices
• - Support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions for customers
• - Handle customer engagements as a project manager, responsible for scheduling, coordination, communication, and enhancing the customer relationship
• - Advice on internal tools and processes as a senior member of the technical team
• - Promote yourself as a subject matter expert and valued member of the community
• - Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions
• - Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource, advising on product solutions

What you’ll bring to the table

• - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related technical disciplines
• - 5+ years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Atlassian Administrator, Jira Administrator, or similar positions
• - Proven track record in implementing solutions including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc)
• - A successful history in customer engagement and demonstrated exceptional consulting and influencing skills
• - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to take a holistic view across a range of domains
• - Demonstrated expertise in undertaking analysis, evaluation, and translation of customer requirements and feeding them into solutions
• - Excellent communication skills, including workshop facilitation, written and verbal communication
• - Experience with Agile development methodologies
• - Proficiency in technical skills such as: command line (preferably Unix), SQL, script development, software configuration, and other related technical skills
• - Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell Scripting, etc.)
• - Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles
• - Experienced in UAT testing and test use-case development
• - Knowledge of cloud technologies

Although the position is hybrid/remote, preferential consideration will be given to candidates based locally to the country’s office in order to better collaborate with our team. This position is not eligible for visa assistance/sponsorship or relocation assistance.
