Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise SaaS apps; Atlassian focus preferred.
• Expert-level Jira administration, including workflows, schemes, and automation.
• Strong Confluence administration and API integration experience.

Responsabilités

• Architect, configure, and optimize Atlassian Cloud platforms (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management).
• Design complex workflows, automation, and security-friendly governance.
• Develop advanced automation with Jira Automation, REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting.
• Lead integrations with identity providers (Okta), dev tools (GitHub), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure platform governance, security, and cost controls.
• Partner with Security and Compliance to meet enterprise standards.
