This role reports to the Director of Athletics and participates on the senior management team, collaborating with campus partners to align with Title IX and CSU policies.

The position is full-time, exempt under the Management Personnel Plan (MPP), with a salary range that reflects a broad benefits

Responsibilities

• LeadInclusive Excellence initiatives within the Athletics Department and advance equity, access, and belonging.
• Collaborate with campus offices (Office of Inclusive Excellence, Title IX/DHR) and campus partners to implement equitable programs and policies.
• Serve on the senior management team and be a point of contact for campus support services, including Clery Act responsibilities.
