Qualifications

• Must possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Experience in Title IX coordination or compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Deputy Title IX Coordinator within the Athletics department.
• Collaborate with campus partners to advance inclusive excellence, policies, and student-athlete experiences.
• Ensure alignment with CSU, NCAA, and conference policies; participate in senior leadership decisions.
