• Lead as strategic Athletics leader advancing Inclusive Excellence, access, and belonging across the Department of Athletics.
• Collaborate with campus partners to advance equitable and inclusive practices, programs, policies, and student-athlete experiences.
• Report to Director of Athletics and serve on the senior management team.
