Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Title IX, VI, VII, and related civil rights work.
• Experience implementing compliance programs and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide campus oversight and policy guidance for Civil Rights personnel.
• Schedule regular check-ins with campuses and conduct on-site visits.
• Oversee investigations and respond to complaints about Title IX issues.
• Collaborate on campus compliance reviews and data management.
• Deliver training and prepare resource materials for staff and stakeholders.
• Maintain communications with Chancellor's Office leadership and campuses.
