Job summary

BDO USA seeks an Assurance Experienced Manager to supervise the audit process from planning through wrap-up and to lead engagement profitability and client service. You will direct staff, review work, and ensure GAAP/GAAS compliance while delivering high-quality audit opinions.

The role includes marketing and business development within your industry area, advising on regulatory risks, and coordinating with management and the Audit Committee to strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics.
• Master’s in Accountancy preferred.
• Active US CPA license or equivalent recommended.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates and senior associates on projects.
• Review work papers and conclusions during audits.
• Ensure engagement profitability including billings and collections.
• Provide guidance and training to engagement staff.
