Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Assurance Senior Manager to lead audits, advise on GAAP/GAAS issues, and strengthen client internal controls and accounting procedures. The role emphasizes leadership, business development, and supervision of audit teams across engagements in a dynamic market.

The position requires strong knowledge of GAAP/GAAS, CPA licensure, and the ability to communicate complex technical matters to clients and Audit Committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics, preferred.

• Master's degree in Accountancy, preferred.
• Active US CPA or equivalent license, required or to be obtained within defined timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Supervise managers, associates, and senior associates on all projects.
• Review work papers and conclusions, and provide guidance to engagement staff on audit procedures.
