Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate for the CHAMP group in our Baltimore office. This hybrid role supports manufacturers, distributors, cannabis operators, hotels, and food/beverage clients with audit services ranging from planning to execution.

The candidate should have 3+ years in public accounting, a Bachelor’s degree, and CPA licensure or eligibility. Proficiency in ProSystem FX and MS Office is expected, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm.
• Manufacturing and Distribution experience preferred, specifically with inventory.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of audit software such as ProSystem FX.
• Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of audit and assurance engagements for CHAMP clients.
• Assist in engagement planning, risk assessment, and audit strategy development.
• Perform and review audit procedures in significant financial statement areas.
• Coordinate engagement activities and monitor project status.
