CohnReznick is hiring an Assurance Manager to join our Baltimore office in a hybrid capacity. You will lead engagements, manage budgets, and collaborate with client stakeholders in a dynamic team environment.

The role requires 5+ years in public accounting, CPA licensure, and experience in Manufacturing & Distribution or Hospitality, with proficiency in ProSystem FX and MS Office. We offer a robust rewards package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm.
• Manufacturing & Distribution and/or Hospitality experience required.
• Experience with technical accounting including revenue recognition, business combinations, impairment of intangible assets and goodwill, leases and share-based compensation.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• CPA licensure required.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of audit software such as ProSystem FX preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts and oversee day-to-day operations of multiple assurance engagements.
• Take responsibility for pre-engagement strategy, risk assessment, planning, execution and final deliverables.
• Monitor engagement team performance and coach staff on procedures and development.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, process improvement and enhanced audit quality by leveraging technology.
• Drive effective client collaboration with on-site visits, video calls and firm tools, building trusted advisor relationships.
