CohnReznick in Baltimore is seeking an Experienced Assurance Associate to join the firm’s Affordable Housing Group. This hybrid role supports engagement planning, execution, and delivery across assurance services, with collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year public accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree, CPA licensure or eligibility, and strong MS Office and audit software knowledge (CaseWare, ProSystem FX).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in public accounting or a similar firm.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX.
• Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed engagement work plans.
• Gain the respect and confidence of the CRZ team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership.
