Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a public accounting firm.
• CHAMP SEC & PCAOB experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree; CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam.
• Strong MS Office Suite and audit software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts.
• Oversee pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed engagement work plans and budgets.
• Illustrate schedules and timelines for engagements.
• Participate in proposals and business development.
• Manage staff, including interns, with performance coaching.
• Maintain client relationships with clear communication and leadership.
