Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a reputable public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting.
• CPA or eligibility to sit for the exam.
• Commercial industry experience a plus.
• Knowledge of audit software CCH Engagement or similar tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed engagement work plans with budgets and schedules.
• Understand audit, tax and consulting services and participate in proposals.
• Manage a team of staff associates and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Maintain client management, timely and accurate communication, and leadership direction.
