Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for complex and high-risk assurance engagements.
• Lead as technical authority on GAAP/GAAS and SEC reporting.
• Direct and review external financial statements preparation for compliance.
• Advise leadership on accounting standards and regulatory changes.
• Oversee engagement budgets and resource planning to ensure profitability.
