Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 2+ years of relevant audit experience.
• Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam as defined by the state board.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings; travel may include overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed audit procedures over income statement and balance sheet accounts.
• Demonstrate understanding of GAAP to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver exceptional client service and cultivate relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with client management to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Organize workflows and monitor progress to complete tasks within budget and scope.
• Utilize technology tools and contribute to process improvement.
• Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements to maintain proficiency.
• Support the proposal process by articulating firm capabilities and expertise.
• Contribute to internal learning sessions and share knowledge with the team.
• Represent the firm at campus recruiting events to promote opportunities.
