Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 2+ years of audit experience required.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam per state board requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Travel flexibility to client engagements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed audit procedures over income statement and balance sheet accounts.
• Apply GAAP knowledge to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver client service with timely, unmatched support and cultivate client relationships.
• Collaborate with client management to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
• Organize workflows and monitor progress to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
• Utilize technology tools and pursue process improvements through innovation.
• Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements to maintain proficiency.
• Support the proposal process by contributing insights and articulating capabilities.
• Contribute to internal learning and development sessions and campus recruiting events.
