Job summary

Huron is seeking a Senior Associate to lead client-facing workstreams, manage projects, and perform intensive data-analysis to uncover actionable insights. You will mentor Analysts and Coachees while delivering compelling, client-ready presentations and ensuring successful delivery across engagements. Travel up to 50% may be required as projects dictate.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven storytelling, and collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specs, conducting tests, troubleshooting, and interfacing with business users.
• 1–2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little supervision.
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking.
• Strong analytical skills with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results to internal and client teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or internal project teams.

Responsibilities
