Job summary

You’ll own modeling, collaborate with client teams, and contribute to transactions with intangibles focus. The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint, CFA progress a plus, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business or similar and at least 2 years of related corporate finance or business valuation work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• Previous corporate finance or business valuation experience.
• Financial modeling skills including experience building models from scratch.
• PowerPoint skills, including experience building client report out decks.
• Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects.
• You must reside in or be in commutable distance to your office location.
• Willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

• Own the execution of financial analyses on commercial issues.
• Collaborate with management on parts of the transaction lifecycle.
• Undertake valuations for strategic priorities with focus on intangible assets and enterprise value.
