CohnReznick invites you to join our CFO Advisory practice as a Senior Associate in Technical Accounting. The role supports startups to middle-market clients, helping CFOs address strategic and accounting challenges, and coordinating with the M&A group for pre/post-transaction work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting/finance experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement prep.
• Proven ability to drive and lead corporate accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting operations, verify and reconcile accounts payable/receivable.
• Reconcile balances and bank statements; perform month-end and year-end closes.
• Direct internal and external audits for compliance.
• Produce accurate accounting reports and improve efficiency.
• Review and modify accounting systems and procedures.
• Develop business processes and strengthen internal controls.
