Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Manager to lead the Real Estate accounting team within Client Accounting Advisory. This remote role allows flexible work arrangements while requiring occasional office presence for client work and trainings.

You will oversee client deliverables, mentor staff, and drive GAAP-compliant financial reporting, while building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Real Estate accounting, a Bachelor's, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CPA a plus.
• 3+ years Real Estate industry experience.
• Proven ability to drive and lead corporate accounting processes (cash management, AR/AP, month end close).
• Strong GAAP knowledge with experience in consolidations, GL close and financial reporting.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project).
• QuickBooks, NetSuite, Yardi, and Sage Intacct experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
