CohnReznick, a top national professional services firm, seeks a Senior Associate for its Transaction Advisory Services group in New York. You will support buy-side and sell-side due diligence, analyze historical financial statements, and coordinate with client teams to meet project deadlines.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, CPA and other relevant certifications preferred, 2+ years in audit or transaction advisory, and

• CPA and other relevant professional certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of audit and/or transaction advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from both private equity and strategic corporate buyers.
• Analyze historical financial statements and evaluate operational trends to identify sustainable earnings for a variety of industries.
• Coordinate with team and management regarding client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines.
• Effectively write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management.
