Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Real Estate Client Accounting Advisory (CAS) team. You will oversee accounting deliverables, develop strategies for client engagement, and mentor a global team to ensure timely financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have CPA/MBA, strong GAAP expertise, and experience with real estate accounting and software like Yardi or NetSuite. This remote role offers flexible work arrangements and opportunities to grow within a national firm.

Qualifications

• BA required; MBA and/or CPA license a plus.
• Experience leading business development and sales initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive corporate accounting processes and close.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and controllership experience in real estate.
• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Real Estate accounting team and client work delivery.
• Demonstrate ability to perform complex accounting services for clients.
• Lead global team with client work, guiding accounting principles and calculations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to provide value to clients.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of staff.
• Support development of Real Estate CAS offerings and scalable growth.
• Ensure timely monthly financials, close processes, and client billings.
