Doordashusa is looking for a Senior Associate to join the Commerce Platform Growth Strategy & Operations team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will drive growth for top priority projects and develop relationships with key merchant partners.
Your responsibilities include building go-to-market strategies, guiding product improvements, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure we achieve our strategic goals. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience are required.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $87,000 to $128,000, along with equity opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

As part of the Commerce Platform team, the Senior Associate will have the opportunity to help define, test and scale Commerce Platform’s next biggest bets.
As a Senior Associate on our Commerce Platform Growth Strategy & Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and success. As a direct owner of this segment, you will help us to build and execute on our growth strategy across some of the largest and most strategic clients. This includes helping us launch and scale our partnerships, finding product market fit, building strategic go‑to‑market strategies, and partnering cross‑functionally to bring solutions forward.
We dream big and bring the newest products to market. On a typical day, you may work with team members to design experiments that improve quality and delivery operations, test the best new marketing strategies, address issues that enable our and our merchants’ processes run efficiently, or dive into data to explain performance at the lowest level of detail and make sure we never stop growing. The ideal candidate for this role should be a self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to take ownership and create plans from scratch, and drive execution while obtaining cross‑functional buy‑in to achieve DoorDash Commerce Platform’s strategic goals.
You will report into a Manager in our Commerce Platform Restaurants team in our Platform Products organization.
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future.
