DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for their Commerce Platform Growth Strategy & Operations team in New York. The successful candidate will be pivotal in driving growth and developing relationships with strategic partners. DoorDash Commerce Platform is our company’s hypergrowth fulfillment platform serving restaurants, grocers, and retailers across the United States and abroad. It allows restaurants, grocers, and retailers to enable e‑commerce fulfillment for their first‑party experiences.
As an Associate Manager on our Commerce Platform Growth Strategy & Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and success. As a direct owner of this segment, you will help us build and execute on our growth strategy across some of the largest and most strategic clients. This includes finding product‑market fit, building strategic go‑to‑market strategies, partnering cross‑functionally to launch solutions, and directly working with our enterprise merchants to scale partnerships and test outcomes.
We dream big and bring the newest products to market. On a typical day, you may work with team members to design experiments that improve quality and operations, test the best new marketing strategies, address issues that enable our and our merchants’ processes to run efficiently, or dive into data to explain performance at the lowest level of detail and make sure we never stop growing. The ideal candidate for this role should be a self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to take ownership and create plans from scratch, and drive execution while obtaining cross‑functional buy‑in to achieve DoorDash Commerce Platform’s strategic goals.
You will report into a Senior Manager in our Commerce Platform Restaurants team in our Platform Products organization.
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future.

$105,400—$155,000 USD (national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado).
