You’ll be responsible for transforming support into a tech-first, scalable, and seamless experience that drives merchant satisfaction, retention & loyalty.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
  • Strategize – Build the strategy for helping merchants succeed once they’re live on DoorDash by providing fast and seamless solutions when merchants face issues, minimizing operational friction
  • Experiment, Analyze and Implement – Use data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment to drive go-to-market & execution for new initiatives to help merchants have the best experience on Doordash
  • Influence – Work cross-functionally with our product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics teams to land key initiatives
We’re excited about you because…
  • You have completed your Bachelor’s degree and have 4-6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, or related experience
  • You want to affect change every day and can operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • You love thinking about problems from a first principles approach, and are excited to take action, dig into the details, and try new things in order to create future solutions
  • You have experience working on analytical projects (proficiency in SQL is a plus) and are eager to get to the lowest level of detail to pull out valuable insights
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You thrive working in a cross-functional environment, and have had success leading projects across teams
  • You’re comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and problem-solving. You should be actively exploring and applying AI in your day-to-day work, bringing a beginner’s mindset and curiosity as you continuously learn and adapt alongside evolving technology.
