Job summary

Ruder Finn is seeking a Manager, Social & Influencer Strategy to join our Digital team in New York. You will support influencer campaigns, manage content across creators, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely, brand-safe executions.

Qualifications

Experience supporting influencer campaigns, creator partnerships, or social campaign execution.
Familiarity with platform analytics and campaign performance metrics.
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn with strong communication.

Responsibilities

Support influencer marketing initiatives, including creator research and outreach, vetting, coordination, and asset tracking.
Manage day-to-day execution of influencer content across creators, timelines, and asset organization.
Coordinate with influencers, internal teams, studios, and partners for on-time delivery.
Review content for brand alignment, disclosures, and platform best practices.
Assist with paid social campaigns, including A/B testing and audience segmentation.
Gather and organize campaign data for client reporting with platform analytics.
