Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate development, or strategic finance within financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business challenges.
• Experience with large data sets to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives by partnering with product managers and stakeholders to improve performance.
• Develop executive presentations and materials communicating performance, opportunities, and market insights.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to support decisions and priorities.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create reporting and forecasting tools providing meaningful performance insights.
• Coordinate deliverables with product, finance, and business teams.
• Drive process improvements and automation with data and technology partners.
