Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• MBA or comparable advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Experience with M&A in the Sports, Media & Entertainment space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify key client business issues and own deliverables across workstreams to provide service excellence.
• Leverage advanced financial modeling and Excel to analyze large datasets and develop actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client interactions, facilitate working sessions, and present findings to senior stakeholders, translating complex analysis into executive-ready insights.
• Own and maintain deliverables such as synergy and performance-improvement models, cost models, integration trackers, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Coordinate across workstreams, maintain alignment on priorities, and support team development through coaching and feedback.
