Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement team in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Associate for M&A and performance improvement. You will oversee workstreams, model financials, and drive value creation across transactions.

Candidates with 4-6+ years in consulting, investment banking or corporate development, MBA preferred, should travel up to 75% and lead client deliverables with rigorous analysis.

Competenze

• 4-6+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, with a demonstrated track record of M&A ideally within Professional Services.
• Experience in integration / separation planning and execution is a plus.
• MBA preferred.
• Eager to learn core operations of Professional Services with integrity and leadership.
• Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.

Mansioni

• Identify client issues, oversee workstreams, own key deliverables, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop recommendations for client in the context of the engagement using advanced financial modeling.
• Lead client interactions, present findings to senior stakeholders, and translate analysis into executive-ready insights.
• Maintain and coordinate deliverables across workstreams, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Provide informal leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members.
