The Senior Associate will support PEPI clients through the full transaction lifecycle, including integration, carve-out, and performance-improvement initiatives to drive value.

This role requires leading client interactions and delivering executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development with an M&A focus in SM&E.
• Prior experience in integration or separation planning and execution is a plus.
• MBA or comparable advanced degree preferred.
• Strong initiative, critical-thinking skills, and a willingness to learn about core operations in sports, media, and entertainment.
• Flexibility to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify key client issues and own deliverables across workstreams to deliver service excellence.
• Leverage advanced financial modeling and Excel to analyze large datasets and develop actionable recommendations.
• Lead client interactions, facilitate working sessions, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Own and maintain deliverables such as synergy and performance-improvement models, cost models, and integration trackers.
• Coordinate across workstreams and support team development through coaching and feedback.
