The Senior Associate in the Sports, Media, and Entertainment (SM&E) team supports private equity and corporate clients through the full transaction lifecycle, including integration, carve‑out, and performance improvements that create lasting value.

The role emphasizes rigorous financial modeling, client workshops, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders, with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, preferably with an M&A focus in the SM&E space.
• MBA or comparable advanced degree preferred.
• Flexibility to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify key client issues and own deliverables across workstreams to provide service excellence.
• Utilize advanced financial modeling and Excel to analyze large datasets and develop actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client interactions, facilitate working sessions, and present findings to senior stakeholders, translating analysis into executive-ready insights.
• Own and maintain deliverables such as synergy and performance‑improvement models, cost models, integration trackers, ensuring quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate across workstreams and coach team members to drive progress.
