The role emphasizes leadership, advanced financial modeling, and the ability to guide teams through complex transactions while traveling up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Experience in M&A within the SM&E space is preferred.
• MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service excellence by leading workstreams and delivering client deliverables.
• Support cross-functional teams in integration, carve-out, and performance improvement.
• Develop recommendations and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate across workstreams to ensure aligned execution.
