Jobgether is seeking an experienced SAP PS specialist to lead the design, configuration, and integration of SAP S/4HANA project systems for a major transformation in the United States. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into functional solutions.

With 7+ years of hands-on SAP PS experience and deep knowledge of project structures, WBS, networks, milestones, and cost planning, you will drive end-to-end implementations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
• 7+ years hands-on SAP experience covering configuration, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) including project structures, WBS elements, networks, milestones, cost planning, budgeting, settlement, and project billing.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and guide ERP utilization.
• Support design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with standardized processes.
• Contribute to SAP PS capabilities, including project structures, WBS, networks, milestones, cost planning, budgeting, settlement, and project billing.
• Assist data teams with data mapping, migration preparation, validation and testing.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation and solution designs.
• Prepare functional specs for forms, reports, enhancements, conversions, and integrations.
• Support testing, defect triage, and retesting to ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate cutover planning, deployment activities, and go-live readiness.
• Ensure business continuity during transition to new ERP environments.
• Participate in workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.

Accountabilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, digital teams, and cross-functional partners to gather requirements and provide guidance on effective ERP system utilization.

- Support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with standardized business processes, the target operating model, and industry best practices.

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of SAP Project Systems capabilities, including project structures, work breakdown structures (WBS), networks, milestones, cost planning, budgeting, settlement, and project billing.

- Support the integration of SAP Project Systems with Sales and Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), contract management, and billing processes.

- Assist data and process teams with data mapping, migration preparation, validation, and testing activities.

- Develop and maintain functional documentation, including configuration specifications, process flows, data policies, and solution design documents.

- Prepare functional specifications for in-scope forms, reports, system enhancements, conversion programs, integrations, and workflows.

- Support the creation, execution, and validation of test scenarios and scripts in collaboration with business users and testing teams.

- Coordinate defect identification, triage, resolution, and retesting to ensure that solutions meet functional and business requirements.

- Contribute to cutover planning, deployment activities, legacy system migration, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.

- Help maintain business continuity and financial and operational performance throughout the transition to new ERP environments.

- Participate in business workshops, solution reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to promote consistent processes and effective system adoption.

- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to colleagues while supporting collaboration across implementation teams and business functions.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.

- At least 7 years of hands‑on SAP experience covering configuration, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS), including project structures, WBS elements, networks, milestones, cost planning, budgeting, settlement, and project billing.

- Demonstrated experience integrating SAP PS with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), contract management, and customer billing processes.

- Experience supporting project‑based revenue recognition, project cost collection, funding management, and customer invoicing.

- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and large‑scale ERP implementation or business process transformation programs.

- Proven ability to lead business workshops, gather and analyze requirements, design functional solutions, and support end‑to‑end implementations.

- Experience managing or contributing to testing cycles, test script development, defect resolution, cutover planning, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.

- Ability to translate complex business needs into functional specifications, system configurations, and practical process improvements.

- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail, particularly in solution design, process flows, data mapping, and configuration standards.

- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities.

- Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams and manage competing priorities in a complex transformation environment.
