Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a seasoned SAP program manager to lead a multi-year S/4HANA transformation in a global setting. You will own end-to-end delivery across workstreams, drive governance, budgets, and stakeholder alignment with customer executives and TCS leadership.

Applicants should have 15+ years in SAP program management, experience managing programs >$10M, and deep knowledge of SAP Activate, FI/CO, P2P, OTC, and SCM.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP program management experience.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and deployments.
• Broad understanding of SAP FI/CO, P2P, OTC, SCM, and Master Data Governance.
• Experience with large ERP transformations and multi-team coordination.
• Proven executive reporting, PMO governance, and steering committees.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA transformation program across all workstreams.
• Establish execution strategy, governance model, roadmap, and decision forums.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Interface with customer executives, TCS leadership, SAP Services, stakeholders and partners.
• Lead executive reviews and steering committee meetings with status, risks, and recovery plans.
• Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, milestones, RAID items, and deployment readiness.

• 15+ years of SAP program management experience, including at least three end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.
• Experience leading large ERP transformation programs with budgets exceeding $10M.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Greenfield and Brownfield S/4HANA deployments.
• Broad understanding of SAP Finance (FI/CO), Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Master Data Governance.
• Experience with Commodity Management or Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) is preferred.
• Expertise in program planning, execution, governance, PMO management, executive reporting, and steering committee leadership.
• Strong budget, financial, commercial, SOW, risk, issue, dependency, and change-request management experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, change management, SAP Services, and third-party teams.
• Experience leading Fit-Gap, Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare, and stabilization activities.
• Experience managing global onsite and offshore delivery teams, staffing plans, vendors, quality, and organizational readiness.
• Own end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA transformation program across all workstreams.

• Govern onsite and offshore staffing, recruitment, onboarding, resource fulfillment, capability building, and succession planning.
• Ensure adherence to TCS delivery, quality, security, and compliance standards while maintaining strong customer relationships.
