Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group seeks a Senior Associate Relations Specialist to lead investigations of associate complaints, assess risk, and document findings. The role collaborates with Field HR, Legal, and Operations to ensure timely remedial actions and policy compliance.

You will develop workforce practices, review AR trends, and prepare formal responses for charges. The position may involve mentoring AR team members and supporting special projects. Based in Rosemead, CA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
Minimum five years of experience in HR related to associate relations, preferably in retail/hospitality.
Successful completion of initial and periodic trainings.
Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Lead investigations to resolve associate complaints or concerns and communicate status with Field HR.
Conduct timely investigations including Title VII and Title IX matters with minimal oversight.
Document findings in the case management database and prepare action plans.
Assess risk and liability as a Subject Matter Expert while ensuring policy compliance.
Develop workforce practices with Field HR and Operations and share AR trends.
Prepare written responses for associate relations charges and assist in settlements.
Mentor AR team members and lead special projects as required.
