Job summary

VaynerX recruits talent for its brands across media and advertising sectors. You will partner with departments to fill roles and bridge needs with the broader company, running sourcing, screening, and hiring processes.

This role can be based in New York or Los Angeles, offering a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 USD and inclusive benefits. You will join a fast-paced, collaborative team committed to diversity and strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years recruitment or sourcing experience within advertising, marketing, PR, Media.
• Expert in G-Suite tools; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• High level of organization and attention to detail is essential.
• Experience in creative and production roles a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports and manages recruiting processes: preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, scheduling, and hiring.
• Source prospective candidates for open positions using job boards, ATS, and LinkedIn.
• Review and sort incoming resumes, identify qualified talent and schedule candidates.

• Supports and manages recruiting processes: preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, scheduling, and hiring

• Assist with building hiring processes that provide equal opportunities to all candidates

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2-4 years recruitment or Sourcing experience within advertising, marketing, PR, Media industry
• Expert in G-Suite tools and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Exceptional integrity, self-motivated and proven track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• High caliber to be organized and detail-oriented is a must.
• Experience in creative and production roles a plus!
