Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, in-house or agency.
• Experience sourcing and pipelining talent across multiple channels.
• Strong client management skills and ability to manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Qualify new requisitions and ensure job descriptions align with guidance.
• Lead requirement intake calls with hiring managers and advise on processes.
• Map talent proactively; build and manage candidate pools across channels.
• Source and pipeline qualified candidates for multiple skillsets.
• Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
