Atlas Search is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Valuation & Portfolio Reporting team in Greenwich, CT. The role sits at the intersection of valuation, portfolio monitoring, and investor reporting, collaborating with investment teams, Investor Relations, Legal, and Finance.

The role involves leading quarterly valuation processes, drafting 25–30 portfolio valuations per cycle, and coordinating with providers.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in private equity or credit valuation.
• Hands-on valuation methods (GPC, GT, DCF).
• Strong data management for large datasets.
• Solid grounding in financial statements and modeling.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly valuation across a diversified portfolio.
• Draft 25–30 private equity portfolio valuations per cycle.
• Coordinate with third-party valuation providers monthly and quarterly.
• Maintain public company comparables and precedent data.
• Present valuations to the Valuation Committee.
• Support portfolio monitoring, exit projections, and value creation.
• Prepare quarterly/annual LP letters on portfolio performance.
• Partner with Investor Relations on investor requests.
• Analyze deal monitoring vs forecast and underwriting scenarios.
• Drive process and technology improvements across valuation.
