  • Research technical valuation topics and provide thoughtful input on emerging valuation issues, market trends, and methodology considerations
  • Coordinate and manage quarterly valuation reviews with third-party valuation firms and external auditors

  • Monitor business, industry, and macroeconomic developments that may impact portfolio performance and valuations
  • Provide oversight and guidance to an offshore support team assisting with valuation analysis and documentation
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical and reporting requests from senior stakeholders
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in financial statements, capital markets, security types, and valuation methodologies, including Income and Market approaches
  • Exposure to complex capital structures, option-based models, derivatives, fixed income, or structured equity
  • Experience with valuation and financial data platforms such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, QlikView, iLevel, or similar systems
  • Highly analytical, intellectually curious, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and professional rigor
